2014 in Review + Welcoming 2015

Hot damn, 2014 was a pretty fucking epic year. It didn’t feel super electric or anything, but reflecting back– there was a lot of shit!!! A lot of AWESOME SHIT.

Here is the latest on my training and nutrition!

1) My current split:

Mon- Deadlifts + Back

Tues- Bench- Wide Grip and Close Grip + Triceps

Wed- Low Bar Squats

Thurs- Intervals or rest

Fri- Bench + Tri’s

Sat- High Bar Squats

Sun- Shoulders (designed for helping Bench Press)

Not going crazy in Argentina

I have a confession. These past few weeks I have been struggling about Argentina. Stomach churning with anxiety, mind swimming. Wondering. Questioning. Doubting. Catastrophizing.

Week 2 of 13 completed…

Week 2 (the first official week of stabilization/rehab training) is done. I did all my specified shoulder, foot, and knee exercises, stretches, etc. I got my massage for this cycle (omg soo soo good…can be on that massage table for.ever.).
