Black Bean Brownies, Please Get In Mah Belly

Yo yo yo.

Thees ees what I did:

400 grams organic black beans (the whole can)

2 whole eggs

20 grams oat fiber

3 grams coconut oil

105 grams egg whites

5 packets of truvia

 

I blended it all up and poured it in a pan sprayed with coconut oil. Baked for about 25 minutes at 350.

Equals 48.6 g protein, 87 g carbs, and 13 grams fat.

I’m gonna eat this shizzle on Tuesday.
