Pom is chok-ful of antioxidant power! Pom is a good post-workout drink because it has 34 g of sugar per 8 oz- those fast–digesting carbs you need after resistance training!
I made a post-workout shake with ½ a bottle of Pom, 1 scoop Isopure strawberry whey, a few frozen strawberries, a few ice cubes, and voile! Tart and healthy.
I personally wouldn’t drink Pom outside of the post-workout window due to its sugar content, but for those who don’t mind sugar and would like to benefit from its potent antioxidents, drink up!
