Today’s Cauliflower Breakfast

  • Pureed cauliflower (first I steamed the cauliflower, then pureed it)
  • 1 scoop VPX graham cracker protein powder
  • splash of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • splash of egg whites
  • dash of cinnamon and stevia

warm and toasty, I consider it like oatmeal! But veggified! ;)
