Kundalini Yoga at Esalen with Kia Miller

Wow. All I can is…wow.

I had such an incredible time. The combination of everything..it was magical. Big Sur is so incredibly  beautiful.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then on top of that, Esalen is such healing land, with so much healing that has gone on there, that that is the nature of the land. Day 16/90 Heated Vinyasa Class

Today I tried a (slightly) heated vinyasa class at Yoga at Cindy’s. I was still extremely terrible and flexible. And…strangely…weak. I am not used to holding myself in the positions specified, so ish was hard. As I was trembling and awkward, the teacher said “Find your joy!”

ummm…yeah.

I actually bought my first yoga mat (off Amazon) so I can stop renting mats. I bought a squishy one to cushion my knees. I now realize it makes for much more difficult balancing. ...
