Huge shout out to my awesome client Krista, who did a hybrid of in-person training and online training. When we first met, she could do one pull up. She had the goal of doing five pull ups in a row. Back & Biceps Today

Peep it, yo.

Had a great back n biceps workout, with weighted pull ups, weighted rack chins, single arm row, pull downs, seated row, dumbbell pullovers, rear fly machine, EZ bar curls, and seated dumbbell curls.

Today I was able to go to the 24 and I did…

My random workout this AM- goal of burning 500 calories

2 sets:
1a. Pull-ups -12 body weight (yah buddy!)
1b. Leg press 45s x15
2 sets:
2a. Pull-ups -12 body weight
2b. Leg press two 45s x15
3. five min run (.51 miles)
2 sets:
4a. Abs x 50
4b. Bodyweight dips x 5
4c. Leg extension x 15 (the bodybuilder in me loves this, don’t hate)
5. Five min run (.55 miles)
2 sets:

New PR’s in Deadlift, Bench, and Pull Ups!!

Yeahhh Buddy. So I mentioned a few weeks ago that my friend at Rise Above Strength Gym has a record board on his wall, divided into different categories. In the adult female bracket (my bracket), Bre dominated. I’ve never met her, and there’s nothing personal– it’s just that I felt like breaking some records. Tidbits of what I did today in my morning workout: BIG BACK!

The different exercises focus on the same muscle(s) but just stimulate them in different ways, so it’s all to the good.

I started with Pull ups. UNASSISTED OF COURSE!! I alternated between wide grip and neutral grip.
