Cinnamon Cabbage

Cinnamon Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • Tropical Traditions coconut oil
  • one organic cabbage
  • one organic apple
  • one organic orange
  • an ABSURD amount of cinnamon
  • an insane amount of stevia

All I did was chop the cabbage, apple, and orange. Sautee it all in the coconut oil, with cinnamon and stevia for like 5-10 min. Bon appetit!

    I am so exicted to find your site, this recipe is awesome and you have some great advice! I’ve been working on dropping BF with weight lifting, but I’m also marathon training and finding it hard to to both… any tips on getting enough food, but not too much for this kind of training to still drop BF?
