Jiu Jitsu Drills Video

Wow, it’s almost time! Tomorrow is my last day…I leave at night. I am being consistent in my training these past few days, and it’s jolly fun. This trip been so amazing and I have learned SO much! Thank you to all my teachers and partners!

Less than a week left

Just a quick update: For Friday (after morning class), Saturday, Sunday, and Monday I was TOTALLY out of it. Felt like a cripple- couldn’t walk, NO energy, headache, senses heightened, could NOT get out of bed for anything. Tuesday I started to feel more like a human again, and I just did an hour of jiu jitsu for the day. Wednesday I felt even more improved, and just did morning class plus another hour of jiu jitsu. Wed Ass Beat, Fri Grappling Champion, & Excitement List

This past week has been surprising! It felt sooo long, but I didn’t even work out on Monday!

Monday= sick (food poisoning)

Tuesday= I took Muay Thai (among other things) and that messed me up for the week. I think I pulled my right calf muscle and I was limping all week. I kept on going and going, though, and yesterday I could barely walk! 🙁 Tuesday night I hardly slept.

New Years on Phi Phi Island

New Years on Phi Phi Island was great. It’s a small tropical island, with tiny little walkways jam packed with young people from all over the world. Flip flops, bikinis, sand, Ray Bans, little animals wandering around, sarongs for sale, peeps handing out flyers for the nightclubs, banana pancake stands, Australian accents, lithe bodies, and “paradise” may be words that describe the environment.
